The RCN has the largest in-house specialist legal team of any union or professional body in the UK.
RCN Legal Services help members with nearly 2,000 Nursing & Midwifery Council cases a year and our members are less likely to be struck off and more likely to receive no sanction.
We can help with non-work related legal issues as well, which will be more relevant to your time as a student. This includes support for personal injury claims, wills and probate advice, and help with family law or civil disputes.
